Due to high volume of messages sent through to the surgery we have decided to turn off the ChatDoc Whatsapp service in the evenings as well as the weekend. This is to make the service more sustainable during our normal opening hours, you can send us a message from 08:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, if you need to seek medical support please continue to use the out of hours service by dialling 111.
You can now message us via WhatsApp using our ChatDoc service. Please send us your query on Whatsapp using our phone numbers – Rushey Green number (020 7138 7150) or Baring Road number (020 8857 5682) – CLICK ON THE NUMBERS TO LOAD WHATSAPP.
Our team of clinicians and admin staff are on hand to respond to you between 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, we aim to respond to you during the working day and we will respond to you on WhatsApp. Please note that we turn the ChatDoc WhatsApp service off from 18:30 to 08:00 on weekdays and all day over the weekend. ChatDoc is the preferred method to contact the surgery. If you do not wish to use WhatsApp messenger you can still call the surgery or come to the reception desk.
Please do not use this service for any urgent medical queries or emergencies as this service is only monitored between 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. If you have an urgent medical query you should telephone the surgery or contact NHS 111. In an emergency please always contact 999.
