Due to the Coronavirus pandemic and the guidance issued by the Government, the surgery has decided to change all appointments to telephone/video appointments.
This means when you call to book an appointment you will initially be put on a telephone call back list. The clinician will call you back to assess you, if needed they can do a video consultation and if required they can also arrange for you to come into the surgery.
Please make sure that we have your up to date phone number when you book an appointment.
Our appointment system consists of a variety of options to suit all needs. We offer GP appointments which can be booked up to 7 days in advance, Nurses and Healthcare assistant appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance, and we have a Duty triage list.
Please note that all of our GP appointments are bookable online via patient access. If you have not yet registered for this then please consider to do so, you will then be able to book your appointment online rather than need to call in.
