Our doctors are happy to provide you with letters confirming your health status etc, they are also happy to complete any health questionnaires, including solicitor’s requests for reports etc. Please note that these services are non-NHS work and therefore incur a private charge for the work carried out. The work will be carried out on a discretionary basis and therefore our doctors reserve the right to refuse to provide you with any private service. Please note all private work will only be carried out once fee has been paid in advanced and takes 21 working days before completion.
