Take Control of Your Care with NHS App

We invite all our patients to download the NHS App and turn Notifications on.

When you turn on Notifications, we can send you personal messages about your care, as well as reminders about your appointments, directly through the App.

The App also enables you to:

• See your GP medical record
• Order prescriptions
• Send the GP a message directly
• Request an appointment.

The NHS App is the best way to take control of your health.

You can download NHS App from App Store or Google Play, or you can log into it online if you have a computer but no smartphone.
